The Advent of Christ
Among
other things, Jesus says: “The prince of the world will soon have to face
his judgment and soon thereafter his cohorts will face the same fate. At
the same time the end of the world shall occur, not the earth, and it will
be a judgment similar to the times of Noah. Love will wane and grow old,
and belief and recognition of God, as revealed to mankind from the
heavens, will change into dark and dead superstition filled with falsehood
and deceit. The ruling powers will again use human beings like animals and
have them killed cold-bloodedly and without conscience and mercy if they
do not submit to their will without protest.”
And Jesus continues: “The ruling powers will plague the poor with
oppression, and they will persecute and suppress every free spirit with
any available means. Through these deeds, mankind will be subjected to
tribulations never before experienced on planet earth. But then because of
the many chosen ones that are among the poor, the days of tribulation will
be shortened. For if this did not happen, even the chosen ones would
perish.”
What does Jesus mean when He said: “The days will be
shortened.” This is how He explains it: “Before I, as the Lord and Creator
of all life return to the earth, the earth must be completely cleansed of
all the weeds which now cover all parts of the earth. Whoever now has a
willfully sick soul and makes no effort to get his soul healed will not
have much time left before he perishes:
“Period 1: The shortest period of purification will be four weeks,
because henceforth there will be hours where more things happen than in a
century in the past.
“Period 2: Also a longer period of four months has been determined, for
there will be periods where there will be days that are more significant
than a century in the past.
“Period 3: Still a further period of time has been determined for the
four quarters of a year, where during one week more things will occur than
before in a century.
“Period 4: The longest period has been set for four years and bit more;
during this period there will be months where as many events will occur
than in seven centuries in the past.
“This time will precede the day like a scarlet dawn that comes as a
salvation for the righteous and for all those with a good and gentle heart
who love their brothers and sisters in My name. This day will come like a
thief in the night over all those who disregard Me, and those who have a
hard and proud heart and who hold themselves in higher esteem than their
brothers.
“Whosoever considers himself in any way better than his brother will on
this day be ruined, for from this day on all external differences with
cease to exist. And those who are now despised for the sake of My name, or
just out of pity are tolerated as honest people, will be greatly honored.
On this day, people like that will go forth as great and glorious, whereas
those who are very ambitious will become quite insignificant. However, My
chosen ones will shine brighter than the sun at noon.
“This will occur in a thousand plus not quite another thousand
years.” (Jesus said this during His three-year mission.) “Then I will send
My angels with great trumpets among the poor. These angels will awaken the
spiritually dead human beings on earth from the darkness of their
existence. Then these millions of awakened human beings will roll like a
column of fire from one end of the world to the other, and
overthrow all the worldly powers — and no one will be able to resist them!
“From that day forward the earth will become a paradise once
more, and I shall lead My children (the children of God) forever onto the
right path. After another thousand years have passed, the prince of
darkness will be set free for a period of seven years and a few months,
for his own sake, either for his total fall or possible return.
“In the case of his fall, the interior of the earth will be transformed
into an eternal prison, whereas the outer surface of the earth will remain
a paradise.
“In the case of his possible return, the earth will be
transformed into heaven, and the death of the flesh and the soul will
cease forever. How will this happen, and when? Not even the first angel in
heaven is allowed to know this in advance. Only the Father in heaven
knows!…
“There will also be a time when many human beings seek only
the pleasures of the earth. It will not take long now before God passes a
universal world judgment over all of mankind. Once that has taken place,
we shall see if there are still people who will dare to say to their
fellowman, with a tape measure in hand: ‘Look, I have measured this large
tract of land, and have put the boundary stones in position and I declare
this land to be my incontestable property.’ If anyone dares to contest it
or just says: ‘Friend, everyone has this right, provided he has the power
and the means to wrench your imagined rights out of your hands,’ such a
human being I (Jesus) shall sentence to death! I (Jesus) tell you that
such a person will no longer exist! For when I again come to this earth
to pass judgment over such ‘epicureans,’ I shall hand rewards of life to
anyone who out of love for God and his neighbor suffered much misery and
distress. Then the land shall not be measured for anyone’s own benefit.
Wherever a person lives, he will be able to harvest and satisfy his needs.
People will be helping each other and no one will say: ‘Look, this is my
property and I am the lord and master over it!’
“Then mankind will realize that I alone am the Lord, and that
all people are brothers and sisters and that is the way it should be now.
From God’s point of view the entire earth belongs to all people equally,
as it was the case in the beginning. The wise men were supposed to divide
the land in accordance with people’s needs and show them how to cultivate
the earth. The fruits of their labors were then to be partly distributed
by the wise men and the surplus stored in specially erected storehouses,
so that no one in the community would suffer want…
“The event that will occur before My coming will be called
‘the great universal plight, misery and tribulation.’ as it has never been
seen on earth before. Faith will cease to exist, love will grow cold and
all the poor people will lament and starve. The great and mighty, the
kings of the world, due to their great arrogance and hardheartedness, will
not help the petitioners. Then one nation will rise up against another and
wage war with firearms. Through this the rulers will get into debt and
will torment their subjects with excessive taxes. The result will be a
very high cost of living, famine, many serious diseases, epidemics and
pestilence among human beings, animals and even plants.
“There will also be great storms on land and sea, as
well as earthquakes. The oceans will flood the shores in many
places and the people will suffer great anxieties and live in great fear
and anticipation of dreadful things to come on earth. All this will be
allowed to happen in order to turn the people away from their pride,
egotism and indolence. Behold this is the first degree of fire
through which humankind will be purified before My coming to this earth.
“At the same time, the natural fire (i.e. coal and steam) will
perform a mighty service — it will be driving ships on the oceans with the
speed of the winds. The keen intellect of human beings will be
manufacturing iron wagons and constructing roads. Instead of animals
pulling wagons, fire will be employed, and with its power vehicles will
travel the earth with the speed of an arrow. Mankind will also know how to
control the flash of lightning (electricity) and make it the fastest
conveyor of their will from one end of the earth to the other. And when
proud and greedy kings wage war against each other, the fire will be the
deciding factor, for through the force of fire, very heavy, spherical iron
masses will be hurled with lightning speed against the enemy, against
cities and fortresses, causing great devastation. With these weapons
ingenious mankind will reach a point where no nation will be able to start
a war against another, for if two nations should attack each other with
these kinds of weapons, they would soon annihilate one another to the last
man; this would certainly ensure none of them a true victory or be of
benefit. The kings and commanders will soon realize this and rather live
in peace and friendship. In case a particularly arrogant and ambitious
troublemaker should rise and wage war against his neighbor, the peaceable
ones would unite and punish him. Gradually, the former peace will return
to the nations of the earth and become more permanent. There will still be
wars among the more primitive nations, for all nations who wage war are
primitive, but even among those nations war will soon become impossible. I
shall have the nations of the world paired off through My righteous kings
and commanders, and I shall enlighten them and they will turn into
peaceful nations. Behold this is the second degree of fire through
which mankind will be purified.
“The third degree of fire happened actually already a
few hundred years before the first and second degree of fire, by
awakening seers, prophets and servants such as Boehme and Swedenborg, who
will teach the nations everywhere the truth in My name.
“These prophets, seers and servants will deliver mankind from
all kinds of delusions, deceits and falsehoods through which the downfall
of the false prophets and priests who claim to preach in My name comes to
pass. The false prophets and priests will in those times commence their
evil beginnings on a large scale, which actually already had here and
there its beginning in My time. These false prophets and priests will be
working false signs and miracles, like the pagan priests. They will seduce
many human beings, thereby accumulating great earthy treasures and wealth,
power and respect, which are the most reliable and obvious signs of false
prophets and priests. But through the third degree of fire and its
enlightenment they will lose everything and be ruined. The kings and
princes who were willing to help them will also lose all their power,
wealth and thrones. For I shall awaken My own kings and commanders and
they will defeat them and thus the former night of hell and its messengers
among mankind on earth will come to an end. The third degree of fire from
the heavens will defeat falsehood through its fight with the light of
truth, just as the darkness of the night must succumb to the light of the
rising sun. It must flee into the dark caves and depths and once a person
is in the light, he will no longer seek the darkness of the night.
“And now I (Jesus) will show you the fourth degree of fire
through which the earth, mankind and My entire creation will be purified
at the time of My Second Coming. This kind of fire consists of all kinds
of great natural cataclysms, especially in those locations on earth where
human beings have built cities that are too large and too magnificent. For
in those places the greatest pride, total absence of love, corruption,
false courts of justice, might, authority, indolence, as well as extreme
poverty, all kinds of trouble and misery are present and rule there,
brought about by boundless pleasure-seeking indulgences of the high and
mighty. In those cities you will also find a variety of factories on a
large scale, in which, instead of human hands, fire and water combined
with thousands of ingenious machines made from metals will be doing the
work. For the firing, very old earth-coal and other means will be used,
which the people of that time will procure from the depths of the earth in
large quantities.
“When this activity has reached its peak through the power of
fire, the earth’s atmosphere will be saturated in those areas with
combustible kinds of gases, which at some point will ignite here and there
and will reduce the cities and regions into ruins and ashes, together
with the inhabitants. That will also be a great and effective
purification. Whatever purification is not accomplished by the fourth
degree of fire will be achieved by water and all kinds of storms,
hurricanes or tornadoes. This will only occur wherever it is needed, for
if the necessity does not exist, nothing will be burnt or destroyed.
Through this, the earth’s atmosphere will also be cleansed of its harmful
vapors and the evil nature-spirits, and this will have a beneficial effect
on all the other creatures on earth. It will also serve the physical
health of human beings, in that all the numerous and evil diseases with
which human beings are now afflicted with will cease to exist, and from
then on those people that survive will reach a ripe old age in health and
with strength.
“The people who have been purified through these means will be
standing alive in My light and they will observe at all times actively and
truly the commandments of love. All earthly property will be divided among
the people in such a way that every person on earth has enough, and with
the proper diligence on their part no one will ever suffer again. The
heads of the communities and the kings who are in My light will be
completely under My will, and they will see to it that there is never any
need among the people in their country. And I Myself (Jesus) shall visit
the people everywhere, strengthening and comforting them, wherever I will
find the greatest yearning and the greatest love for Me. This prophecy
concerns the time in future” (before 2025
A.D.) “but it will come to pass. For everything will pass away,
even this earth and the entire physical firmament, but not My words and
promises, because every one of them will be fulfilled.
“At that time there shall be many new places, lands and
nations, which at the present have no name. However, you can be assured
that I will return to this earth” (Jesus said this almost 2000 years ago)
“but only to such places where I find the greatest living faith and the
greatest and truest love toward God and for one’s fellowmen. And when I
come, I will not come alone, but all My own, those who have been with Me
in My heavens, will accompany Me in great number; they will strengthen
their brothers and sisters who are still walking in the flesh on earth.
Then, there will be a true communion between the most blessed spirits of
the heavens and the human beings on this earth, and that will be the
greatest comfort to the people of that time.
“I (Jesus) cannot tell you the day or the hour of My Coming,
because everything depends upon the absolute free will of the people on
this earth. Therefore, no angel in heaven knows this either, only the
Father knows, and He will reveal it only to those of His choosing.
Besides, having this particular prior knowledge does not necessarily serve
the salvation of the soul. It is only for a few who are completely reborn
in the spirit, but for the countless others it would be a great evil.
Therefore, it is better for the people on this earth not to know
everything in advance as to what, how and when one or another thing could
overcome them or what will happen to them. I can tell you that the time
will come when the day of the Son of Man
will come! The people will desire to see Him and still not see Him in
accordance with their desires. In those times many will rise and say with
a wise expression on their face: Look here, look there, this is the day!
Do not follow these prophets! The day of My Coming will be like a flash of
lightning, flashing across the cloudy sky from the east to the west,
illuminating everything below.
“However, prior to all these events the Son of Man will suffer
greatly. He will be completely rejected by this generation of people”
(2000 years ago) “namely the Jews and Pharisees, and in later times, by
those who will be called the ‘new Jews and Pharisees.’ And when that
occurs in the future, the same events will occur as they did at the time
of Noah and at that time the Son of Man will come again. At the time of
Noah, people enjoyed food and drink, they married and gave in marriage
until the day Noah entered the ark and the flood came and drowned everyone
in that region. This also happened at the time of Lord: They ate and
drank, planted and cultivated their fields. But on the day Lot left Sodom,
it already rained fire and brimstone from the skies, killing all of them.
Behold, all this will happen in the times when the Son of Man
is revealed again. On that day whoever is on the roof thinking of the
possessions in his house, let him not come down from the roof to fetch
them. The true meaning of this sentence is as follows: Whoever has true
understanding, let him remain in his understanding and not retreat below
this understanding, fearing that he might lose worldly advantages through
it. For all the worldly things will be destroyed at that time.” (And that
means all worldly possessions, from buildings to the smallest man-made
items.) “There is also another metaphor in the Scriptures: whosoever is in
the field (of freedom of cognizance), let him not turn back to that which
is behind him (such as old, false doctrines and dogmas) but let him
remember Lot’s wife and endeavor to progress toward the truth.
I (Jesus) also tell you this: At that time two people will be
in a mill doing the same kind of work. One will be accepted, namely, the
righteous worker, and the unrighteous, selfish worker will be left behind.
For whoever seeks to preserve his soul for the sake of the world shall
lose his soul. But he who loses his soul because of the world shall keep
his soul and help the soul towards a true and eternal life.
“And I (Jesus) also tell you: In the night of the soul, at the
same time two will be lying in the same bed, and in this particular case,
one will be accepted and the other will be left behind. This means that
outwardly two people profess to be in the same sphere of faith, but one is
active in the living faith and living will, and he will be accepted into
God’s Kingdom of Life and Light. However, the other one only adheres to an
external cult that has no value for an internal life as far as the soul
and spirit are concerned. Since this person’s faith is dead and without
the deeds of love for his fellowman, that is why he will not be accepted
into the living and enlightened Kingdom of God.
“Furthermore, there are two people working in the fields. One
of them is working unselfishly in living faith for the love of God and the
love of his fellowman or neighbor; he is the one that will be accepted in
the true Kingdom of God. But the one who is working with him in the same
field, but only for his own self-interest and without any inner faith,
like the Pharisees, will be left behind and he will not be accepted into
God’s Kingdom of Life and Light. Behold, that is the way it will be when
the Son of Man comes again.”
The Lord will come Seven Times
The
Lord: “I shall come seven times, but the seventh time I shall come in the
fire of My Holiness. Woe betide to those who will be found unrighteous —
they will be no more, except in the eternal fire of My wrath!
“Behold, I have been here for the first time in the
beginning to create all things for your sake. Soon I shall return for the
second time in the great floods of water to wash away the
pestilence from the earth, because the depths of the earth have become an
abomination before Me, full of filthy mire and pestilence that has come
forth from your disobedience. At that time I shall come for your sake so
that the entire world does not perish and then only one lineage shall
remain of which I Myself (Jesus) shall be the last offspring.
“And I shall come to you many times for the third time
as I have come to you countless times now, sometimes visibly and sometimes
invisibly, in the word of the spirit to prepare My way.
“And I shall come a fourth time physically, when in
great need, in the great time of times.
“And immediately after that I shall come for the fifth time
in the spirit of love and all sanctification (Pentecost).
“And I shall come for the sixth time to the inner self
of anyone, whoever has a true and serious yearning for Me in his heart,
and I shall be a guide to he who is full of love and faith, and w ho
allows himself to be drawn by Me to an eternal life. At that time I shall
be more distant from the world, but whoever is accepted will live, and My
Kingdom will be with him forever.
“Finally, I shall come once more, as it has been mentioned
before, but this last coming will be to all a permanent coming.
Listen and understand this well: Abide by love, for love will be your
redeemer. Love Me above all, for this will be your life everlasting. Also
love one another so that you will be released from judgment. My grace and
love be with you until the end of all times! Amen.”
